What is the best way to get rid of hair color?

I want to go to a different shade, but I need to get the previous hair color out.

I have naturally dark brown hair, but I colored it black. Now I want to get the black out of my hair

1) use baby shampoo from Johnson and Johnson OR nioxin shampoo. After a couple of washes the color will fade.

2) have it professionally stripped and re dyed

3) peroxide your hair and then dye it.

4) dye it a darker color.

It doesnt come out completely but it helps a lot of it to be washed away.
