I wanted to get a golden brown color . but as long that my hair had been thru crazy color process: -highlights like 2 years ago ( first time coloring my hair) then it started fading and i didn't re-touch but re-apply a permanent color in Havana brown (red-brunish).... and then i changed it to dark brown. Now I'm changing it into golden but as long as my aunt was who applied it for me (total disaster!!) and my hair ended up just getting the color in the roots. super crazy!!! Now i have to apply alotttttttt of deep treatments and I have to wait up to 2 weeks almost to get my hair all-done. Is this true or what should i have to do???

when was the 2nd last time you died your hair? if it was like 2-3 months ago, you can just do it now if your hair is healthy.

You definitely should keep applying the conditioning treatments. Take showers in the evening. If you have a shower cap, put your conditioner on while in the shower and leave it on all night. If you don't, you can always try wrapping your hair in a towel, but the conditioner will end up being absorbed by it.

Also, when you do go to get your color, PLEASE go to a professional and don't let your aunt do it. But if you are dead-set on having a family member do your hair or if you don't have the money to spend to go to a salon, get the toll-free number for the Clairol company and speak to them and get some insight as to how to proceed. Once you buy the Clairol color, call them again if you are unsure about how to apply, etc.
