The pic i am about to give you isnt my REAL hair color, its more of a mac and cheese color, but my roots are brown, like my real hair color.

What WACKY hair color would go best and would show up better on my hair?

Your going to want to go with a darker color if you go with unnatural. I'd say blue, or purple, but im leaning more twards purple for you somthing like Special Effects Purple Smoke.
